Brief Introduction

The company was envisioned by a long-time programmer since 2003, who has been a freelancer, online web developer, OFW, and foreign company country representative/manager, and a senior programmer.

Having met five (5) remarkable professionals with their exceptional expertise in their own fields who similarly aimed to establish their own company motivated this new group to incorporate.

In 2018, the group finally decided to register and eventually earned SEC Registration No. CS201964142.

Since the company's primary solution offered was web applications development, the name "iLogix" came from the idea that programming is a "logical" task, and having to use it every time along with new online trends, usually represented by small letter "i", eventually led the founders to name it "iLogix". having realized that the name already exists in other countries, the final registered name become "iLogix Phils. Inc."
